In order to achieve the US goal of the Biden-Harris administration to build a clean energy economy by 2030 and to install 30 GW of offshore wind energy capacity by 2030, California’s Governor Gavin Newsom recently invested USD 45 million in the development of offshore wind energy in California the state. The forthcoming construction of an offshore wind energy infrastructure offers great market opportunities for German companies in the coming years.
